Welcome to Lifespan Nutrition

I’m Amalie Pearce and my role is to help you to reset your nutrition.

I do this through Inspiring, Educating, and Empowering you to take control of your health and wellness.

How I can help you with your health journey

I created Lifespan Nutrition so that I could help people to make better informed decisions about their nutrition and to put these into practice in the most effective way for them.

My aim is to help you to be healthy and happy in your own body. We will work together on the following:

  • Identifying and breaking habits that no longer serve you
  • Identifying where to find reputable nutrition information and recipes
  • Understanding your own nutrition needs and the easiest way to fuel your body
  • Investigating ill health and creating an action plan for resetting your nutrition
  • Helping you in your current stage of life – whether that is the start, end, or somewhere in between!
  • Working with you to curate a positive mindset
  • Identifying how to reduce stress and worry triggers
  • Developing a love for health and the benefits that this brings
