I recently completed Amalie’s inaugural nutrition program and Amalie did an amazing job of supporting me to hold myself accountable, providing great tips and tricks on nutrition as well as some incredible recipes which I can continue to access and use.
I now have increased awareness of foods I choose to eat and bring more conscious awareness to what is going into my body. I know how important this is, along with exercise for overall health and well being.

I’ve had a love hate relationship with food all my life. I completed the 4 week program with tailored macros and daily accountability. Not only did it focus on nutrition but also mindfulness. I was so afraid of carbs. Deathly afraid. By the end of the programs I realised I could have beans and rice and eat a lot of good foods to keep me fuller for longer and actually lose weight. I was so focused on a calorie defect way of thinking from the fitness industry and I really wanted to step away from that and get educated. This program helps.

- 1x 30 minute goal setting discovery session with Nutritionist Amalie (zoom or face to face)
- 1x 20 minute mid program check in session
- Personalised Nutrition guidance
- Access to the keystone nutrition tracking app allowing you to program your nutrition in line with the guidance from Amalie
- Assistance with recipes
- Daily + weekly accountability tasks to keep you on track
- Access to a private challenge Facebook group to connect with other challengers

I wish to highly recommend Amalie from Life Span Nutrition. I had my diet assessment with Amalie last year. The session was so interesting and informative and professional. Being a science geek, I thoroughly appreciated the detail of measurements of vitamins and nutrients in my current diet and where I was likely to be deficient give my diet at the time.
Amalie’s recommendations were easy, economical and fun. This included single ingredients as well as full recipes I could add to my diet to improve it’s nutritional value.
The biggest improvement, and what I am most grateful for, has been breakfast. Being someone who has always struggled to eat in the mornings, breakfast has always been a hassle, and often avoided.
With Amalie’s analysis of my diet and reasoning for energy levels and inflammation, as well as some great recipe’s and ideas, breakfast has now become a much easier ordeal to deal with. Overall, my energy levels are a lot more consistent throughout the day and week. I crave less sugar and often don’t need to eat as much.
Amalie is such a professional and her knowledge and expertise within her field is forever growing. I have no hesitation in recommending her to any of my clients, family or friends.
