“I contacted Amalie to help me with my very fussy 13 month old who has been extremely slow to take to solids. Amalie gave me some very helpful tips on how to encourage my little one to eat such as having picnics on the ground instead of always being in high chair. This change had improved things dramatically for us. She explained why little ones can go off food which made me a little less anxious that he wasn’t eating as much as his peers. Also by gently pointing out some blocking behaviours that I was doing I was able to change my attitude towards feeding time which has made a difference in William trying or at least playing with new foods.. Since our meeting Williams food intake has definitely increased, his slowing increasing his intake & it’s becoming fun again watching him explore & learn.
